No. 1: Physical signs. This includes liquor missing from the house, poor coordination, slurred speech and changes in appetite. &ldquo,It is important to also be aware of any changes in sleep patterns and to notice bruises/injuries that can',t be explained,&rdquo, stressed Dr. Duffy.

No. 2: Behavioral signs. Isolation, silence, withdrawal or missing work and/or school are also telltale signs. &ldquo,The young female in question might also be struggling with relationships, have an unexplained change in personality or attitude, is losing things frequently or has sudden changes in friends and hangouts,&rdquo, concluded Dr. Duffy.
